"At a time, early in the pandemic, whilst living thousands of miles from home, I was looking for support to help navigate a close, younger family members struggle with an eating disorder. I drew great strength from plugging into Jane's Resilient Kids’ sessions, not only for Jane's evident knowledge of how to approach such spaces for encouraging resilience in our young people, but also very much for the peer format, where others facing similar challenges could share their experiences, fears and wisdom on the matter. I'm very grateful to Jane for offering such welcoming, inclusive, supportive, meaningful spaces with Resilent Kids, alongside her other initiatives which give people a space and a voice to be heard."
