This isn't a photo of my husband in Kyiv

He dialled in whilst we were eating fish and chips at my mums. He had something far less exotic HERE.

Earlier that day, I'd facilitated a "Resilient Kids" lunchtime club in a school for Reception aged children through to Year 6, they've named it "Friday Fun Club".

And it is.

Kids don't need wellbeing worksheets when they could be together, collaborating and playing.

In another school session outdoors, I asked the children how they felt after:

"free, I feel trapped in the classroom"

"calmer"

"so happy"
