"Couching Class"

Schools don't train workers for factories or offices any more.

They train them for something seemingly

far more important.

To turn up,

plug in,

and start ordering

from their couches.

Schools train kids to sit and be entertained.

To consume without question.

Be a revolting rebel.

Let your kids run around.

And be how they are meant to be.

And Finally

A kebab, beer and cheer.

Believe it or not, we were hatching plans for Christmas. Clare (on the left) is the Centre Manager for a shopping centre in Guildford called "Tunsgate Quarter" and Ana-Maria runs "Etsy Guildford". Lots of opportunities for collaborating and involving "Resilient Kids".

It was so good to have something to look forward to after a week of teaching, coaching and tutoring.

If you could add some "me" time for you this week, what would you do?

Thank you for being here.
